1. The answer to up to 5 email questions, per month, that require psychotherapeutic counseling answers. (Answers to questions will be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of question, provided that questions are submitted between the hours of 4:00 am to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.) Topics will be self-help, cognitive therapy techniques, concerning matters such as: dealing with chronic pain, dealing with depression, dealing with relationships, dealing with children and teenagers, dealing with substance abuse, with you or a loved one, etc., you will receive these newsletters and have access to any prior newsletters, from the “Newsletter Archives,” when you specifically sign up for them and include an accurate e-mail address on the preceding forms
. 3. An opportunity to purchase, at reduced cost, the latest audio books on self-help, motivation and the latest psychotherapeutic techniques, fundamentals and principles, case studies etc...
