• Application Information: This is information received from you on applications or other forms, by phone, and online. It may include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail addresses. This, and any and all other information, will be held and considered confidential and only disclosed to a third-party if said conditions in “Informed Consent Agreement” are initiated, or if subpoenaed by a court of law.
• Transaction Information: This is information about your transactions with this online service. It includes your payment history, and information necessary for payment. (i.e. credit reporting information for credit reporting bureaus)
